About the Role: Our client is seeking experienced Site Managers to oversee fast-track fit-out projects for supermarkets and high street retail stores across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for driven individuals with a proven track record in managing fit-out projects within live retail environments.

- Travel Flexibility: Ability and willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK.
- Work Hours: Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Full UK Driver’s License: Must be a holder and capable of driving.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding of commercial aspects related to fit-out projects.
- CSCS Card: Must hold a CSCS card appropriate to the Site Manager level.
- Health & Safety Knowledge: Fully conversant with current health and safety regulations.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- IT Proficiency: Competent in using relevant IT tools and software.
- Trade Background: Preferable but not essential.
Experience Required:
- Relevant Experience:Proven experience in a similar role, including:
- Managing fast turnaround fit-out projects.
- Overseeing projects in live retail store environments.
- Handling projects with budgets ranging from £500k to £2M.
