Our client is one of the world’s largest project and cost management consultancies, employing over 2000 staff, with a turnover in excess of £200 million and an expanding office base in the Asia Pacific region, Continental Europe, the UK and USA.


We are currently looking to recruit a new Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to work across our Manchester, Warrington and Liverpool offices. This is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate to build on the success of the current team and to take forward a market leading cost management business across the North West region.


Our cost management team across the North West region are currently engaged on a number of public, education, residential and commercial office new build, fit out and refurbishment schemes, along with a number of complex mixed use projects across the North West with some of the region’s leading clients and developers.
 We are currently looking to recruit a Senior MEP Cost Manager to work closely with the MEP lead to support the MEP Quantity Surveying department within our cost management Property team.
