An exciting opportunity has opened for a graduate to join our successful team at TRAINEE VALUATION SURVEYOR. The role is based at our head office in Enfield Town, just 30 minutes from Central London, with excellent transport links.

We are dedicated RICS APC providers, offering what we believe to be the best structured and "hands-on" training in the industry to support your journey toward becoming a qualified RICS Member. We boast a 100% first-time pass rate for all our graduates.

TRAINEE VALUATION SURVEYOR are leading experts in commercial and residential valuations and LPA Receivership, working with over 100 mainstream lenders. We also handle private valuations, homebuyer and building surveys, specializing in high-value properties ranging from £500,000 to £50,000,000 in London and surrounding counties, with a strong focus on Central London.

We provide valuations and property appraisals for major commercial lenders, investors, occupiers, property companies, pension funds, government departments, and public corporations. Our work spans various sectors, including office, industrial, retail, leisure facilities, care homes, hotels, and healthcare facilities.

Our team has extensive experience in property insolvency, managing residential and commercial Fixed Charge Receiverships and appointments under the Law of Property Act 1925. We also excel in the acquisition and disposal of properties and businesses across the UK commercial spectrum.

The successful candidate will handle all aspects of commercial and residential valuation surveying, with the option to engage in diverse property types and disciplines such as Landlord & Tenant, agency, and LPA Receivership.

Requirements:

  • Recognised undergraduate or postgraduate RICS degree

  • Excellent English and Math skills

  • Proficient IT skills

  • Ideally, possess a car and a full UK driving license
