About the Role:
Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Oxford and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.

  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.

  • Monitor project progress and budget, and report regularly to senior management.

  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

  • Foster positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
