Job Details/responsibilities
- Successfully deliver estimating function
- Liaise with clients and professionals
- Negotiate contracts
- Ensure competitiveness in estimates
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new potential customers/business
Working Hours: As required to successfully carry out the role, generally between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 4.00pm Friday.
Wage Level: Competitive salary and remuneration package tailored to the successful candidate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HND/Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying
Essential Experience:
- 4 years of industry experience in fit-out projects
- Experience with Conquest or similar computerized system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Summary/Key Tasks:
- Proactively network and develop tender opportunities
- Assist in PQQ submissions when required
- Assess tender documentation
- Coordinate detailed enquiries/assess quotations
- Prepare pricing schedules/bills of quantities
- Perform detailed estimating of projects
- Deliver estimates and proposals for tender submissions
- Liaise and negotiate with clients and clients' representatives
- Support Company initiatives for compliance with ISO9001, 45001 & 18001, FSC, and Investors in People Standards
